Work Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technicians for on-site installation, maintenance, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ELV / ICT/ CCTV systems.
  • Carry out inspection technician's work to ensure the company's SOP is followed through.
  • Ensure technicians carry out their assigned duties on time.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports on the site work done.
  • Resolve any support ticket requested by clients.
  • Provide technical support to engineers.

Required Job Skills & Work Experience:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of working experience as a site supervisor.
  • Candidates with working experience in the ELV/ ICT/ CCTV industry will be highly considered.
  • Candidates with hands-on technical experience in the ELV/ ICT/ CCTV industry will be highly considered.
  • Able to manage a team of technicians to ensure work is carried out according to given schedule and assigned tasks.
  • Able to manage on-site emergency support as and when requested by clients.
  • Able to use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to prepare daily and monthly work reports.
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings and schedules.
  • Good planning and communication skills.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

Academic requirement:

• Diploma/ Higher Diploma in IT/ ICT/ IT Engineering/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical.

Work Location:

Salary Package (Basic Salary + Travel Allowance + Mobile Phone Allowance + Performance Incentives):

• RM2,900 to RM3,400

• OT will be additional earnings based on work requirements

• Salary will commensurate with working experience
