As a full-time Site Supervisor based in Johor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in ensuring our worksites operate efficiently and safely.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers on-site to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Liaising with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any concerns
  • Providing guidance and support to the construction team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the construction project

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Construction Foreperson, with a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management principles, and health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions to keep projects on track
