Senior Executive (Manage E&E Talent Programs)

  • Develop and propose new talent development programs/activities.
  • Initiate, coordinate, deliver and monitor the implementation of TD's talent development programs and activities nationwide, in order to meet specific deliverables, performance and/or business objectives.
  • Propose appropriate recommendations in order to mitigate any issues in the talent development/training program implementation.
  • Manage HRDC/other program funding claims for all applicable talent development programmes and ensure they are claimed in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties (government ministries/agencies, industry partners, universities & school representatives etc).
  • Research, gather and analyse data to prepare reports, proposals and presentation materials.
  • Lead, mentor and guide junior team members in delivering TD's programs and activities.
  • Ensure proper and safe keeping of records/documentation on TD's programs in compliance with established SOP and Audit requirements.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
  • 1 - 3 years relevant working experience in Talent Programs Management.
  • Candidates with knowledge and experience with government/non-government/HRDC talent development/training program processes (from proposal submission to claim process) will have an added advantage.
  • Candidates from training companies or candidates holding roles in developing talent programs for government/non-government entities will have an added advantage.
  • Candidates with experience in the development and execution of technical training/talent development programs will have an added advantage.

Personal Specifications & Attributes

  • Willing to travel outstation and work during weekends/outside of normal working hours.
  • Strong writing, communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Matured, independent and resourceful – a self-starter.
  • Strong attention to details and excellent follow-up.
  • Good team player and multi-tasking capabilities.
