As the Sales Manager (B2B), you will play a crucial role in our sales operations, leading the initiative to acquire, retain, and enhance partnerships with key corporate customers.

This role presents a distinct chance for an individual who is driven, ambitious, and eager to assume a pivotal position in sales. You will spearhead the development and implementation of an active sales strategy, steering revenue growth and influencing the future of GP Films.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Take Charge of Sales Operations: Assume complete ownership of generating new business by handling the entire B2B sales process, from prospecting to securing significant deals. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and drive sales growth throughout the sales cycle.
  2. Enhance Market Penetration: Discover and secure novel B2B clients within various industries such as automotive and industrial sectors. Foster relationships with critical decision-makers and influencers.
  3. Optimize Revenue Generation: Focus on boosting sales volumes among existing and potential clients. Drive profitable sales through effective negotiation of contracts and pricing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  4. Cultivate Relationships: Establish and nurture robust connections with distributors, retailers, and key collaborators. Gain a profound understanding of their requirements and deliver customized solutions that surpass expectations.
  5. Sales Monitoring & Analysis: Keep track of sales performance, encompassing lead generation, sales metrics, and market dynamics. Utilize data insights to refine approaches and enhance outcomes.
  6. Product Mastery: Sustain an in-depth understanding of our PPF products, including their features, advantages, and applications. Leverage this knowledge to effectively convey value propositions to clients.
  7. Pursue Business Expansion: Actively seek out and recognize new business prospects, ensuring a continuous flow of sales leads and potential clients.
  8. Meet Targets: Fulfill the responsibility of attaining or surpassing sales targets and KPIs, driving outcomes through self-discipline, motivation, and a strategic mindset.
Job Requirements

- Results-driven professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.

- Skilled in building rapport, trust, and closing high-value sales deals.

- Experienced candidates in B2B sales within the automotive, industrial, or related industries.

- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
