AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for a dedicated and motivated Supply Chain & Business Operation Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

You are responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain and business operations related tasks for your designated brand.

You will play an important role, such as:

  • Manage and lead all facility supply chain activities including strategic process transformation, supply chain planning, material requirements management, inventory management, demand and orders management, supply chain performance.
  • Lead efforts within Supply Chain functions including materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management, and order fulfillment.
  • Perform constant inventory analysis aimed to reduce exposure to expired products, avoid stock-outs and minimize inventory discrepancies.
  • Support cross-functional teams and suppliers to provide and receive information, are responsive and provide appropriate support and communication as required.
  • Provide operational and administrative support and report client operational results in comparison to KPIs set in service level agreements and share in monthly basis.
  • Execute customer order fulfillment and maintain the digital platform.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer service to ensure a complete approach to marketplace operations.

To be successful in this role, you would need to have:

  • Minimum 1-year relevant job experience in supply chain planning, and customer relationship management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VLOOKUP, and PivotTable).
  • Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate basic inventory management, demand & orders management skills.
  • Friendly with a positive attitude and enjoys interacting with people.

  • Experience in the beauty industry/retail business is an additional advantage.
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and is also able to work independently.
