About the Role

Identify and develop a go-to market strategy, guide sales team to penetrate target verticals. Manage the existing/potential account relationships and build up customer intimacy. Always focus on customer relationships by improving product knowledge and problem solving. Convert these relationships or business connections to sales performance by delivering suitable products or services at a beneficial rate.

Responsibilities

Customer Service/Operations:

  • Coordination with internal cross-functions of product specialist, solutions and operation team, to make sure to get abundant support in quickly resulting any business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and communicate internally to keep high customer experience and satisfactory to sustain customer's retention.
  • Manage and monitor all shipments in transit, and report all events/status and deviations throughout the distribution chain, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Transfers customer business model information to all relevant parties (end-customers, suppliers, subcontractors, other involved internal departments, etc.).
  • Understand and keep track of changing customer needs and business environments to fulfill the customers' needs.

Business Development:

  • Analyze business potential of target industry and build funnels to establish, expand relationships in the industry.
  • Build strategic development plan of business growth and territory expansion and progress the plan year by year based on milestone/KPI.
  • Promote awareness of Jusda supply chain services to targeted customers.
  • Build Asia Expert concept and brand position to customer side, as well as key competitive advantage products.
  • Present and demonstrate Jusda service offering to existing/potential users.

Project Management:

  • Establish the project plan baseline, define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities.
  • Drive project execution on project review key milestone process: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues.
  • Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.
  • Develop the business: participate in contract preparation and pre-sales meeting.
  • Develop the SOP and discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • University degree or above minimum 10+ years' experience in logistics industry, managing direct key accounts. Experience in work in SEA or other overseas.
  • 10+ years' experience on air/ocean freight and warehouse experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiar with 3C industrial knowledge and overall supply chain from components to manufacturing to customer.
  • Possess drive, is self-motivated and high on achievement; result-oriented, able to work under pressure, and a good team player.
  • Able to communicate in Chinese and English (both written and oral).
