About the role
We are seeking a talented Admin & Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Connect 4 You Pte Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, with the opportunity to work in Singapore. As an integral member of our administration and office support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations.What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling various accounting tasks, such as invoice processing, expense reporting, and reconciliations
- Assisting with customer service inquiries and responding to client communications in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining and updating various databases and record-keeping systems
- Performing general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or account executive role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
