What You'll Do:
  1. Build Relationships: Promote and sell our top-tier Bancassurance products and provide personal financial advisory services to the existing and potential Bank's high net-worth customers.
  2. Analyse Financial Needs: Conduct financial assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
  3. Create Tailored Solutions: Develop customized solutions to meet clients' specific financial needs.
  4. Drive Sales: Ensure achievement of targets assigned in the sales of Bancassurance products and any other financial services.
  5. Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide exceptional service that keeps clients coming back.
Job RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:
  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience with proven sales achievement.
  2. Passion for Sales: A strong interest in the banking and insurance field.
  3. People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Creative Problem-Solving: Think critically and come up with innovative solutions.
