Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company's vision and long-term objectives.
    • Utilize Systemic Thinking to understand and optimize the interplay between different business functions.
    • Drive Goal Achievement through meticulous Strategic Planning and Structured Implementation.
  • Operational Excellence and Efficiency Optimization:
    • Oversee all operational activities to ensure maximum Efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Lead Process Improvement initiatives, leveraging Process Optimization techniques to enhance performance.

Requirements:
