Powin Steel Industries Sdn Bhd, a leading steel manufacturing company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Cheng, Melaka. We offer an excellent earning potential with a competitive base salary and commission structure, ranging from RM5,000 to RM8,500 per month.
What you'll be doing- Identifying and prospecting for new business opportunities within the local/international market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Presenting and demonstrating our product offerings, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.
- Negotiating and closing sales transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Providing feedback and insights to the sales management team to improve sales strategies.
- Possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing or any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and objections.
- Motivated self-starter with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willing to travel within the local region to meet with customers.
- Technical knowledge in steel and building construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Mandarin is an added advantage.
