Sales Regional Manager (Johor/KL)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess potential land acquisitions for residential and commercial developments.
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, particularly in Johor and Kuala Lumpur.
  3. Identify key market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to refine regional sales plans.
  4. Build and lead high-performing sales teams across assigned regions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  5. Establish strong networks with agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders to drive project sales.
  6. Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and progress against KPIs.
  7. Collaborate with marketing, project, and finance teams to ensure project alignment and readiness.

Marketing Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support project launches and enhance corporate branding.
  2. Manage both offline and online marketing initiatives, including events, roadshows, social media, and digital advertising.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies for brand development, media planning, and creative execution.
  4. Oversee content creation, visual assets, and marketing materials for various platforms and target audiences.
  5. Analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  6. Lead and develop the regional marketing team, ensuring alignment with company direction and project goals.
  7. Manage and track regional marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and spending efficiency.
