Regional Sales and Partnerships Director

We are excited to announce that our client, a leading player in the Pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Regional Sales and Partnerships Director to lead their business development efforts in Johor. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the life science industry.
Your primary objective will be to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, work closely with internal teams to execute sales strategies, and conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.
You will also be responsible for coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs, promoting company products and services, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and providing accurate sales forecasts.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field, proven success in a similar business development or sales role, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
