Job Summary

Supervise installation team to carry out inspection to verify the quality of work in accordance with established procedures and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the installation activities at site to ensure that products are installed in accordance to drawings/procedures/work instructions.
  • Carry out QC Inspection to ensure product conforms to requirements.
  • Summarise QC rejects and report to QAQC Engineer on the daily quality issues.
  • Monitor and verify the completeness and acceptance of repair/rework before releasing for installation.
  • Perform QC patrolling in the site area to check for any QSHE non-conformances.
  • Check that product identification and traceability is in compliance.
  • Carry out root cause analysis to improve quality performance.
  • Liaise with customers to understand their requirements/concerns and resolve detected quality issues at the factory or at the site.
  • Comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management / Head of Division.
Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or any other relevant field.

Skills & Abilities
  • QA/QC inspection knowledge and supervisory skills.
  • QLASSIC Knowledge.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
  • Minimum three (3) years working experience in Quality Control, construction/manufacturing background.
