**Job Description and Responsibilities**
- Receives and carries out the working instruction from the superior (Manager)
- In charge of all in-house testing and analysis on raw materials, in-process products, finished goods as well as packaging materials according to the Company’s requirements.
- Compile Safety Data Sheet (SDS) of all raw material for Store & Lab access. Update hazardous chemical info into chemical Register for Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA) requirement.
- Prepare Certificate of Analysis (COA) for finished products.
- Issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to Supplier/Production for Reject Material / Reject goods and follow up for resolution.
- Responsible for calibration and verification of all lab/production equipment.
- Maintain a high integrity of the analysis data and results in accordance to the Company’s requirements including proper filing of all documentation.
- Prepare Packing Instruction and Support the production team with speedy and accurate data to ensure smooth operation of the production plant.
- Responsible for compatibility test to find potential complaints from customer before starting production.
- Prepare Production Monitoring Sheet before starting production, attend production using Production Monitoring Sheet.
- Diligently carry out his/her tasks and duties in accordance to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedure, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), safety standards and all regulatory requirements.
- Train and supervise other QAQC personnel for IQC/IPQC/OQC activities.
- Implementing, maintaining & continuously improve Quality Management System (QMS), that complies with all regulatory requirement i.e. GMP, Halal etc
- Ensure that all working instructions are carried out in accordance to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedure, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), safety standards and all regulatory requirements.
- Create experiment & analysis standard for new material. Liaise with supplier, Marketing, QC & production department to ensure packaging material is tested & used according to proper way to avoid rejects.

**Authority**:
- Conduct Self checking or verify QC checking from Assistant to Release or On-Hold or Reject Incoming material, bulk products and finished goods.
- Perform test on new Packaging Material and report to Marketing (via Material Quality Approval Form) for usability on final product.

**Minimum Competency Requirements**:
- Ability to use laboratory equipment.
- Ability to read and write simple and communicate in English and Malay. Ability to recognize color and odor variation.
