We are seeking a Quality Control Executive who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about maintaining quality excellence across the entire supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all products and processes comply with internal quality standards and external certification requirements (e.g. ISO, HACCP, Halal, Organic, etc.).
  • Review and verify product specifications, test reports, and quality documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliersto ensure all raw materials meet quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with customers to provide required quality documents and respond to inquiries on product quality and compliance.
  • Support certification audits and maintain documentation for renewals and inspections.
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • Familiar with certification systems such as ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, or Organic certification.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with both suppliers and customers.
