  • You'll build strong, lasting client relationships by understanding their pain points and proactively offering strategic advice and solutions that deliver real business value.
  • You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, projects and operations, to ensure that our clients' strategies are aligned with business goals.
  • You'll monitor industry trends and competitor insights to ensure that our services are innovative and relevant.
Job Requirements

About You:

  • You have a strong understanding of business processes and highly skilled at simplifying complex business challenges, providing clients with strategic insights.
  • You have a passion for continuous learning and stay updated on the latest business trends, technologies, and strategies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • You're a natural communicator with the ability to clearly present complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You have experience working across different industries, making you adept at identifying key business drivers and opportunities for growth.
  • You're self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, always ensuring the best outcomes for clients and the business.
  • You've good communication skills both written and verbal (Chinese Mandarin and English).
