Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our recruitment and HR outsourcing services to clients in the Telecoms and IT industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market our services to clients and build rapport with them to encourage new and repeat business opportunities
- Respond to clients with suitably qualified candidates based on their requirements
- Negotiate fees and contracts with qualified candidates
- Liaise with on-boarded consultants and prepare weekly marketing reports and sales projections
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- The ideal candidate should be aggressive, independent, and a natural sales person who can speak well and convincingly
- Required skills include Communication, Sales and Marketing, and Client Management
