Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fraser and Neave LimitedResponsibilities
  1. Assisting in Implementation of Food Safety Management System:
    1. Support in implementing and maintaining food safety management systems.
    2. Participate in internal and external food safety audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
    3. Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating food safety policies, procedures, and documentation.
    4. Conduct training sessions for staff on food safety practices and protocols.
  2. Incoming Inspection:
    1. Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials for compliance with quality specifications and standards.
    2. Maintain detailed records of inspection results, including any deviations or nonconformities.
    3. Communicate inspection findings to suppliers and coordinate with procurement and production teams to address any issues.
  3. Microbiological Testing:
    1. Perform routine microbiological testing of water samples.
    2. Ensure all microbiological tests are conducted according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
    3. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of test results.
    4. Document and report test results promptly, highlighting any deviations from acceptable limits.
    5. Identify and segregate nonconforming products during production and post-production stages.
    6. Investigate the root causes of nonconformities, working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
    7. Maintain comprehensive records of nonconforming products, including details of investigations and actions taken.
    8. Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
    9. Receive, document, and investigate customer complaints related to product quality and safety.
    10. Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., production, logistics, R&D) to identify the root cause of complaints and implement corrective actions.
    11. Communicate findings and resolutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.
    12. Maintain a database of customer complaints and track trends to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Internal and External Audits:
    1. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
    2. Prepare for and participate in external audits conducted by regulatory bodies, certification agencies, and customers.
    3. Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary documentation and evidence for audits.
    4. Address audit findings by implementing corrective actions and ensuring timely closure of nonconformities.
    5. Maintain records of audit results and follow-up actions.
  5. Other QA Roles:
    1. Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs and initiatives.
    2. Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance procedures, best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
    3. Participate in cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement projects and initiatives.
    4. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in quality assurance practices.
