Summary

Position Overview:

This role is vital to ensuring the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting the overall financial health of our hotel. As a Finance Executive, you will manage the full accounts payable cycle—from invoice processing and payment disbursement to month-end closing. You will also collaborate with various departments to address receiving matters, all while ensuring compliance with financial policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
  2. Verify and reconcile vendor statements and transactions.
  3. Manage ad hoc and monthly payment cycle and ensure timely disbursement.
  4. Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all AP transactions.
  6. Collaborate with various departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
  7. Ensure compliance with financial policies, GAAP, and governmental regulations.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in high-end service environment.
  2. Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and strong skills in Microsoft Office.
  4. Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  5. Strong multitasking abilities and a well-organized, structured approach to work.
