ANTA was established in 1991, while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). The mission of the company is to integrate the sports spirit of "Going Beyond Oneself" into everyone's daily life. ANTA Sports principally engages in design, R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. Over the years, the company formed three brand groups: Performance Sports Brands, Fashion Sports Brands and Outdoor Sports Brands, empowering everyone who loves sports. By embracing an all-round brand portfolio including ANTA, FILA, DESCENTE, KOLON SPORT and MAIA ACTIVE, etc., ANTA Sports aims to unlock the potential of both the mass and high-end sportswear markets. ANTA Sports is also the largest shareholder of Amer Sports, Inc., a global group of iconic sports and outdoor brands, including Arc'teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic, whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AS).
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both back-office and frontline positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, screening criteria, and selection processes that align with business needs.
- Manage the orientation and onboarding process for back-office employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Develop and conduct onboarding programs that introduce new hires to the company's culture, values, policies, and job expectations.
- Work closely with managers to monitor new hires' progress during the probationary period, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct probation review discussions, gather feedback from managers, and facilitate confirmation or necessary actions for improvement.
- Act as a key advisor for employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand departmental goals, workforce planning needs, and key challenges.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Drive HR-related initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and employee retention strategies.
- Work with the HR Manager to review, revise, and implement company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Communicate policy changes effectively to employees and managers through training, briefings, or policy handbooks.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, workplace ethics, and professional conduct to foster a culture of compliance and integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in retail industry is added advantage.
- Preferably immediate available.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and thrive in fast paced environment.
- High attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to handle sensitive HR matters with professionalism.
