Job Description:
Corporate LawyerThe Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support on corporate matters, including conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing corporate legal documents, negotiating contracts, and advising on corporate governance and compliance. This role also involves representing the company in legal proceedings, liaising with regulatory bodies, and ensuring adherence to all applicable corporate laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of corporate law and business operations.
Conveyancing LawyerThe Conveyancing Lawyer will oversee and advise clients throughout property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and financing. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting title searches, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing expert guidance on property laws and regulations. The role also requires liaising with relevant authorities, financial institutions, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions. Qualifications and Requirements:
