Responsibilities
  • Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay).
  • Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and optimized for SEO.
  • Order Processing & Customer Service:
  • Oversee order fulfillment and ensure timely shipping and delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints through multiple channels (email, live chat, phone).
  • Resolve issues related to payment, delivery, or product quality in a professional manner.
  • E-commerce Website Maintenance:
  • Ensure the e-commerce website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to update product pages, promotions, and content.
  • Test and optimize website features, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute online promotions, sales campaigns, and discounts.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of online marketing activities.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Track and manage product inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Work with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely restocking of products.
  • Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics, etc.) to assess sales performance and user behavior.
  • Prepare reports on sales, traffic, customer engagement, and other key performance metrics.
  • Use data to optimize product offerings, marketing strategies, and customer experience.
  • Platform Management:
  • Manage and optimize listings on various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, or Shopify.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in platform policies, guidelines, and trends.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
