QAQC Executive

• Participate and support the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) aligned with FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP standards.
• Manage and maintain quality assurance documentation, including but not limited to the Food Safety Management System Manual, SOPs, Work Instructions, HACCP Plan, Product Specifications, temperature monitoring, calibration records, records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Participate in third-party certification audits (e.g., FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, MeSTI, HALAL etc.).
• Conduct monthly in-house swab testing that covers all critical areas and surfaces within the production facility (e.g., hand swab, food contact surface swab & equipment swab).
• Conduct monthly GMP inspections.
• Handle returned products from customers.
• Ensure the seamless functioning of QA activities related to incoming and outgoing processes.
• Responsible for pest management program and maintaining records related to pest control activities.
• Responsible for instrument calibration records and monitoring calibration schedules of the facility and equipment.
• Responsible for preparing reports for management review and QA reporting.
• Work with other QA team members to deliver GMP training to new joiners and to deliver food safety refresher training to production teams as appropriate.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Microbiology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in this position and the food industry.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar or knowledgeable in FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, MeSTI, HALAL and ISO quality management systems and other food-related regulations will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Seberang Perai Tengah.
