Store Manager

Job Requirements- Both Female or Male are welcome
- Candidates must possess at least minimum SPM qualification and above
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales and operation - retail and beauty line
- Must be able to converse in English and B. Malaysia
- Passionate in meeting people
- Ability to be flexible and deal with change
- Comfortable with teamwork
- Good attendance record and good time management
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Markets merchandise or surveys by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
- Support and work as a team in achieving sales target and incentives.
- Provide support in maintaining the Brand and store image.
- Has the right to issue verbal warnings to staff.
