Our client is seeking a Head of Sales (Engineering) to join their team in Selangor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a sales team, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the company's success in the instrumentation industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a particular focus on instrumentation. What you'll do:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
