Ability to think out-of-the-box to solve client's business issues with innovative methodologies and analysis. Digital-First thinking - Has a strong inclination and comfort towards digital platforms to uncover insights. Is open to work with clients across categories – FMCG, Technology, B&F, Auto, Hospitality, Media, retail etc. Enthusiasm – motivating a team with a positive attitude.

Qualifications - Degree in Business, Social Science, Psychology, Communications or related studies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 8 years of Qualitative research experience
  • Good communication skills, written and oral
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of various socio-cultural frameworks
  • Ability to apply frameworks and models into practice
  • Able to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Expert in presenting and facilitating; the ability to make sound conclusions and recommendations for action
  • Able to build strong links with the rest of the business
  • A strong level of drive, resilience, tenacity, flexibility and initiative
  • Able to work effectively in a team and independently
  • To lead project teams in the design, set-up and management of leading-edge research
  • To carry out account management activities – managing existing client relationships, including seeking repeat business, and actively seeking major and new client opportunities and management
