Job Description:

Corporate Lawyer
  1. Candidate with experience and knowledge of 2-5 years in corporate work, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Dispute Resolution, etc.
  2. Good communication skills (in English and BM).
  3. Conduct legal research, stay current on new laws and applicable regulations, and advise on potential legal issues/risks.
  4. Provide expert legal advice on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and governance issues.
Senior Conveyancing Clerk
  1. Able to handle SPA & loan files independently.
  2. Handle documentation for property loans with various financial institutions.
  3. Familiarity with property law and banking procedures.
  4. Maintain and manage conveyancing files from start to completion.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Corporate Lawyer
  1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent (those called to the Malaysian Bar shall have an added advantage but not a pre-requisite).
  2. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, under pressure, complete assigned work within deadlines and able to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and interpersonal skill.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills with high integrity and confidentiality in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Senior Conveyancing Clerk
  1. 2-5 years of working experience in conveyancing.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills with high integrity and confidentiality in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
