1. Experience Immediate Conveyancing Lawyer (Junior and Senior) (Kuchai Branch)

Junior: At least 1 year experience in conveyancing (3 positions)

Senior: At least 3 - 4 years & above experiences in subsale and loan documentations (1 position)

Responsibilities:

  1. Able to draft the sale and purchase agreement for the purchaser and/or the vendor
  2. Able to prepare, attend and monitor sale and purchase agreement files and/or the loan files from commencement until the closing of file with minimum supervision
  3. Have good working attitude, willing to learn, willing share knowledge and take on all tasks assigned
  4. Able to complete any task/file given within the stipulated time in order to avoid any late penalty
  5. Able to work independently and in a team
  6. Must be customer oriented and able to give best service to all clients
  7. Able to liaise and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, clients, bank officers and property agents
  8. Have good computer and typing skills (tech-savvy person)
  9. Must be responsible and accountable for all work done

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. 5 years & above in conveyancing matters
  2. Able to do auction, sub-sale and bank loan without supervision
  3. Have good working attitude, willing to learn, willing share knowledge and take on all tasks assigned
  4. Able to complete any task/file given within the stipulated time in order to avoid any late penalty
  5. Meticulous, able to work independently and in a team
  6. Able to liaise and maintain a good working relationship with lawyers, clients, bank officers and property agents
  7. Have good computer and typing skills
  8. Must be responsible and accountable for all work done

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome clients, visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, attend walk-in clients
  3. Receive and sort incoming letters and deliveries etc. and distribute them
  4. Schedule client appointments and meetings
  5. Monitor office supplies and inventory
  6. Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties when required
  7. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying

Requirements:

  1. Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
  2. No experience/at least 1 year experience (preferred)
  3. Fluent in BM & English (both written and spoken)
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Excel in Microsoft Office Suite
  6. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  8. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Salary and Benefits:
