As the Senior E-Commerce, Digital & Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives. Your role will be crucial in driving online sales, enhancing brand presence, and leading a team of marketing managers to achieve company goals. We are seeking a visionary leader with a proven track record in e-commerce and digital marketing, particularly in luxury or high-value industries, who can translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
(A) E-Commerce
- Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies for the company's web store and relevant online marketplaces. Ensure strategies fit the luxury market, focusing on high-value customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee the performance of the website, ensuring it effectively promotes our brand, products, and services. Regularly analyse and optimize website content, design, and functionality to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Increase brand visibility and customer engagement through targeted online promotions and initiatives. Understand and leverage online shopper behaviour to drive growth and meet customer expectations.
- Create and execute online promotional plans that align with marketing calendars, seasonal trends, and industry events. Ensure all promotions are strategically designed to attract and convert high-value customers.
- Direct and manage the website's technical structure, design, aesthetics, content, and information architecture. Ensure all elements are optimized for e-commerce success, including navigation and branding.
- Optimize the entire e-commerce funnel, from landing page to checkout, using Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tactics and tools to improve conversion rates and enhance user experience.
- Analyze online customer behavior and campaign performance through various data analytics tools. Measure and report on the effectiveness of online promotions and social media efforts, improve ROI and SEO strategies to refine tactics and improve results.
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising channels. Ensure campaigns are aligned with company objectives and tailored to the luxury market.
- Manage and execute SEO/SEM campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Ads to maximize organic search rankings and paid ad performance.
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of high-quality, engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, XHS, TikTok, LinkedIn), and blog. Ensure content aligns with target audiences and supports overall marketing goals.
- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, focusing on engagement and community building.
- Measure, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Use insights to optimize future campaigns and achieve higher engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and technologies. Evaluate their potential benefits and recommend new tools that can enhance the company's digital marketing effectiveness.
- Leverage data analytics to inform strategy, ensuring campaigns are optimized for engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
(C) Marketing Events and Campaigns
- Design and execute exclusive events, such as product launches and private client events, ensuring that every detail reflects the luxury image of the brand.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and exclusive client events. Ensure events are designed to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate high-value leads.
- Ensure marketing events are seamlessly integrated with digital marketing efforts, amplifying event reach and engagement online.
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall brand strategy and business objectives. Coordinate efforts across various channels to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and agencies involved in event execution and campaign management. Negotiate contracts, oversee deliverables, and ensure all partners meet performance expectations.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing events and campaigns. Monitor expenditures, track ROI, and ensure financial efficiency in line with strategic goals.
- Provide creative direction for event themes, campaign visuals, and promotional materials. Ensure all elements align with the luxury brand image and resonate with target audiences.
- Measure the success of marketing events and campaigns using relevant metrics. Analyze results to assess impact, identify areas for improvement, and report on performance to senior management.
(D) Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing managers, providing direction, support, and performance evaluations. Foster a creative and collaborative environment where innovative ideas are encouraged, and cross-functional collaboration is valued.
- Inspire and mentor your team to achieve excellence, fostering a creative environment where innovative ideas are encouraged, and collaboration across departments is valued.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to ensure marketing strategies are integrated with broader business objectives. Support new product launches, promotional events, and other cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and market trends.
Qualifications and Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) are advantageous, but practical experience is highly valued.
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Proven experience working within the luxury goods sector, particularly in e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns that appeal to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and discerning customers.
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies, particularly within high-value industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to adapt to industry trends and emerging digital tools.
- Experience managing high-profile events, product launches, and campaigns for luxury or high-value brands.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing tools.
