工作概要:

區域客戶經理負責推動銷售,發展和建立牢固的客戶關係,以及擴大指定地理區域內的市場影響力。該職位需要積極主動的銷售方式、策略規劃以及識別和利用現有或新業務機會的能力。

主要職責:

  • 銷售和業務發展:
  • 與業務發展經理(BDM)一起制定並執行策略性銷售計劃,以實現指定區域內的收入目標。
  • 在維持與現有客戶的關係的同時,辨識、尋找並獲取新客戶。
  • 透過現場或線上會議、演示、研討會/工作坊、展覽和產品演示向潛在客戶展示和推廣公司產品或服務。
  • 客戶關係管理:
  • 建立並培養長期客戶關係,以推動回頭業務和客戶滿意度。
  • 了解客戶需求、挑戰和市場趨勢,以提供客製化解決方案。
  • 作為客戶的主要聯絡點,及時回答詢問並解決問題。
  • 市場與競爭對手分析:
  • 隨時保持警惕,以發現新的商機、威脅和產業趨勢。
  • 監控競爭對手的產品、定價和銷售策略以維持競爭優勢。
  • 銷售預測與報告:
  • 維護準確的銷售記錄並準備有關銷售業績、預測和客戶回饋的報告。
  • 追蹤並監控銷售線索、機會以及顧客互動。
  • 協作與團隊合作:
  • 與內部團隊密切合作,包括售前、客戶服務、技術和產品開發,以使銷售策略與業務目標保持一致。
  • 參加銷售會議、培訓和社交活動以增強行業知識和技能。

資格和要求:

  • 商業、行銷、銷售或任何工程領域的學士學位
  • 1 年以上銷售、客戶管理或業務開發經驗。
  • 有達到或超過銷售目標的良好記錄是額外的優勢
  • 具備較強的溝通、談判及人際溝通能力。
  • 能夠獨立工作並有效地管理多個帳戶。
  • 熟練操作微軟辦公室套件和簡報
  • 願意根據需要在指定區域內旅行。

地點 : 檳城峇六拜地南河

工作時間:上午 8:30 至下午 6:00(銷售人員的工作時間彈性)

基本薪資:每月 RM2,500 – 3,500(取決於工作經驗和/或學習領域)

每月汽車津貼:每月 RM600.00

銷售提成、年度績效獎金

汽油、過路費、停車費可全額退還用於與工作相關的活動
