AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA are currently looking to hire an Assistant Marketing Manager who will be accountable for the brand's digital and media marketing campaign – inclusive of digital, social media and brand online store.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end campaign planning from strategy, execution and reporting of all Digital activities. Also to assist Marketing Manager to ensure best in class execution for Marketing plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in brand management, especially in areas of digital marketing, social media and brand online store management.
  • Implement brand guidelines and act as a key gatekeeper for all product brand equity materials communicated both internally and externally.
  • Define and lead the digital marketing, social media and communication strategy ensuring consistency with the overall brand strategy to contribute towards continued growth and a positive consumer engagement.
  • Effective planning and timely execution of all digital marketing activities and campaigns to ensure overall brand objectives are achieved.
  • Build and execute a holistic and integrated marketing planning strategy that will integrate traditional and new digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute monthly digital content by campaign in line with brand digital and social strategy to maximize brand digital presence by working closely with digital agencies.
  • Analyze the consumer decision journey, online behaviors and online/offline touchpoints to understand consumer behaviors and engagement levers across all marketing and communication activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assess all digital marketing campaign results against KPIs. Responsible for developing tactics to improve upon relevant KPIs.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools Google Analytics etc.
  • Continuously analyze and interpret information derived from all data sources to generate insights, track ROI and make constructive strategic decisions and recommendations about all digital activities.
  • Manage digital agency relationships, including day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules and overall expected results.
  • Maximize A&P resources within the constraints of the budget by optimizing creativity as well as negotiate external contracts to ensure cost efficiencies.
  • Optimized online advertising through effective digital platforms such as Google Advertising, SEM, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.
  • Responsible in monthly reports and keep up to market trends.
  • Work closely and support other team members in solving online feedback/comments.
  • Work closely to support sales and promotion both online and offline in digital platform.
  • Plan and manage PR activities including agency liaising & coordination, digital & on ground PR activities execution, clear briefing and manpower arrangement with internal team, conduct campaign post mortem and reporting.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams (Sales, Training, Ecom, Finance, Supply Chain etc) to ensure strategies are delivered on time.
Qualifications:
  • Master / Degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, Mass Communication or any relevant field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing digital marketing and PR.
  • Current knowledge of retail industry or similar capacity especially Beauty industry.
  • Current knowledge and exposure with latest Beauty in-trends and influencers especially in the Beauty industry.
  • Good command of English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be added advantage.
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Current knowledge of retail industry or similar capacity especially in FMCG or Beauty industry.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills, as well as excellent computer skills, including in Words, Excel and Power Point.

  • Knowledge of the SAP system, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop can be a plus point.
