Responsibilities:

  • To conceptualize, design and upload all visual collaterals in support of all marketing activities e.g., Social Media Content, Digital Ads, EDMs, physical collaterals as required and curation of videos.
  • To support in management of brands' social media accounts: scheduling social media content, creating content-related copy, tracking results of organic social media posts.
  • To support in content strategy creation for social media, account for all ongoing marketing campaigns, special holidays, and/or other events.
  • To create effective sales tools with good designs and clear layouts, with clear direction and strategic thought processes into elements used.
  • To meet the KPIs of marketing campaigns through persuasive designs that are a clear visual representation of the selling points of the campaign.
  • To manage and oversee the budget of all collaterals and liaise with vendors to source for quotes, manage timelines for delivery, and other production-related duties.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail and a flair for design.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and harmoniously with all relevant departments within the organization.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation, particularly on Facebook and Instagram. Best worked in other digital marketing agency or media agency.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passionate in generating ideas by competitor research & AI Tools (ChatGPT, Bard, and so on).
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms, user behavior, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to read and write Chinese & English.
