Sales Director – Chemical Adhesives

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the company's market presence in adhesives and sealants.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, OEMs, and end users.
- Collaborate with R&D, technical, and production teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Provide leadership in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and customer proposal development.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in business development or sales leadership within the chemical adhesives and sealants industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of adhesives, sealants, and application technologies.
- Proven track record in leading successful B2B and B2C sales strategies.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
