How You Will Make an Impact
- Sales Development: Establish and implement a sales strategy to expand our presence in the data center market.
- Communications: Build professional connections with key stakeholders in Manufacturing industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Semiconductors, Food & Beverage, etc.)
- Technical Expertise: Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including datacenter operators (Cloud and Colo), technology partners, GC's and manufacturing potential clients, to build long term strategic relationships.
- Industry Trends: Conduct market research to analyze regional trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the data center sector.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with departments to meet customer expectations, achieve sales goals, and understand the unique needs of data center clients.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead account strategy planning and drive growth across customer portfolios.
- Proposals: Create, manage, & deliver customer proposals on time, ensuring high standards & profitability.
- Sales Driven: Responsible over annual quarterly, & monthly sales plans according to the sales business objectives.
- Engagement: Coordinate / participate in customer seminars, exhibitions, & other events.
Success Looks like
- Technical Expertise: Experience in Sales/Business development in the data center and manufacturing industries, with strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, technologies, and industry trends.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to build & maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Professional Communication: Commercially savvy with a keen ability to develop & maintain C-level relationships.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Account Management: Proven ability to drive account strategies and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Management: Ability to develop the account sales strategy and execute effectively.
- Team Player: Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Software Exposure: Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Technical (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical) / equivalent relevant experience
- 7 years of strategic sales experience in B2B environments
- Added advantage for Mandarin speakers.
