Job Vacancy: Executive Assistant Secretary

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the daily administrative operations of the Secretariat to ensure smooth chamber activities.

Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on meeting resolutions.

Plan, coordinate, and execute chamber events, forums, and business exchange programs.

Draft and manage official letters, documents, reports, and promotional materials.

Maintain and update member records while assisting in member relations and engagement.

Communicate and liaise with government agencies, businesses, and partner organizations.

Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

Education: Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Public Relations, Secretarial Studies, Administrative Management, or a related field.

Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin (Malay proficiency is an advantage).

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.

Experience: Prior experience in secretarial work, administrative management, or business chamber operations is preferred.

Abilities: Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; capable of working independently.

Attitude: Detail-oriented, responsible, and adaptable to flexible working hours.
