We have consultants located in Penang, Ipoh, and Kuala Lumpur, allowing us to offer high-quality consultant services. Our team members have excellent experience from different industries that cover all functional areas in a company. We are devoted to working closely with all core processes to deliver a solution with high customer value and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the entire life-cycle of Monitor ERP project implementation either independently or cooperatively as a team member.
- Manage strong customer relationships.
- Interpret customer business requirements.
- Drive functional requirements through user interviews, documentation analysis, and process mapping.
- Participate and assist sales in pre-sales activities.
Education and/or Work Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management in the areas of Production Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Management.
- Experience working in an SME Manufacturing company within functional areas such as production planning, procurement, and operational management.
- Experience in a discrete manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Role as super user in ERP system will be an added advantage.
- Experience in project management, solution architect, and process mapping.
- Self-motivated, independent, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, quick learner, and good team player.
- Candidates should have their own transport and possess a valid driving license.
- Candidates must be willing to travel nationwide as needed.
