The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Processor & Admin. This role ensures efficiency and smooth operation within our office administration and sales processes. The successful candidate will bridge our sales and project delivery teams, ensuring delivery schedules are met and communication channels, both internally and externally, are effective. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining organizational systems and procedures, managing schedules, and enhancing productivity and operational workflow. Your work will be crucial in ensuring our organization runs smoothly, supporting our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

You will make an impact by...

  1. Managing and being responsible for product and project orders in accordance with the company's sales protocols.
  2. Coordinating closely with the Sales, Bid, and Project Managers to follow up on technical and commercial aspects of orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  3. Serving as a secondary for other CSA within the region during their absence to maintain workload balance and process continuity.
  4. Overseeing internal logistics and shipping processes, including handling purchase orders, deliveries, and goods acceptance, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  5. Providing regular updates to the Head of CSA, Marketing & Admin for the Asia Region on order processing status, accounts receivable, and administrative issues.
  6. Arranging logistic arrangements, i.e., issuance of purchase orders, liaising with vendors on deliveries, coordinating on packing and shipping including import and export in accordance with customs requirements.
  7. Liaising with local authorities, i.e., renewal of licensing, stamping of documents, submission of documents to embassies and ministries if required.
  8. Supporting in planning and executing company events and conferences, including managing logistics and arrangements.
  9. Demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with different internal departments and external partners.
  10. Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working autonomously or as part of a team.

The talent we want to inspire has...

  1. At least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, and preferably a Professional Degree (in Business Administration) or equivalent.
  2. 3-5 years of working experience.
  3. Familiarity with order processes – order entry, liaising with production and customers, logistics.
  4. Familiarity with administration and office operations.
  5. Experience in assisting in report preparation/data extraction and compilation.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office - MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
  7. Experience with SAP or equivalent.
  8. Willingness to travel as required and have own transport.

This would be a plus but not a must

  1. Chinese speaking will be an advantage.
