Job Title: Sales Processor & Admin

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Processor & Admin to join our team. This role involves ensuring efficiency and smooth operation within our office administration and sales processes. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and project delivery teams to ensure delivery schedules are met and communication channels are effective.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Implement and maintain organizational systems and procedures to ensure smooth operation.
  2. Manage schedules and enhance productivity and operational workflow.
  3. Oversee internal logistics and shipping processes, adhering to company policies.
  4. Support other CSA within the region during their absence to maintain workload balance and process continuity.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent, along with 3-5 years of working experience in administration and office operations. Familiarity with order processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP or equivalent are also essential. Travel may be required, and having own transport is a plus.
