Administrative Support Specialist

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the CCL operations team, ensuring the smooth workflow of daily tasks and paperwork processing related to Vehicle Refurbishment Production.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills, with proficiency in various computer applications including office productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily attendance reports and analysis
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Oversee office supplies management and inventory control
- Monitor stock levels and anticipate needs
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in After Sales or Plant Assembly administration
- Advanced computer skills with expertise in Google Workspace tools and other relevant software systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
