Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team at BYD Malaysia. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support for our training programs, develop and update training materials, and ensure seamless execution and coordination with trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with trainers to develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules.
  • Schedule training sessions and manage logistics, including venue booking and equipment setup.
  • Manage training enrollment and registration processes, as well as track attendance data and analyze training effectiveness metrics.
  • Update the company's social media channels with training-related content and maintain the Training Department's online presence.
  • Liaise with vendors and manage budgets for training materials and external training programs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new training programs and initiatives.
  • Be willing to travel for training coordination purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training coordinator role or similar administrative position.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Ability to effectively manage and build relationships with trainers and trainees.
