Business Administration Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the support operations of the Sales & Marketing Department, providing administrative support and monitoring the end-financing line status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor End-Financing line status and compile administrative paperwork for bank EF reviews process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including lawyers, bankers, and purchasers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports for monitoring sales conversion performance.
- Coordinate preparation and signing of documentation, including liaison with purchasers, solicitors, and bankers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Administration or relevant working experience.
- At least 2 years' experience in sales administration in property development.
- Good command in written and spoken Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate and knowledge in property-related systems.
