Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various accounting and administrative tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank account reconciliations. They will also be responsible for recording and maintaining financial transactions, preparing monthly account reports, and maintaining stock/inventory lists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank account management;
- Support administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within the company;
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and support for financial operations;
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Business Administration/Management or related discipline;
- 3-5 years of related working experience, with good knowledge of book-keeping, general financial accounting, and cost accounting;
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
