Sales Account Executive

About the Role
As a Sales Account Executive at MaxGrip, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing client relationships, as well as identifying and approaching new business opportunities. You will be assigned specific accounts based on your experience level and overall remuneration package.
What Will You Do?
- Manage and grow client relationships within the oil and gas industry.
- Actively engage with potential clients through various channels (cold calling, emails, office/lobby visits, etc.).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
- Oversee the full sales process, including tender management and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as partners and vendors.
- Maintain and manage customer data in a CRM system (experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
Who Are You?
- Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry, or 5-7 years of sales experience in another sector.
- Network: Preferably has existing relationships with local Oil & Gas firms.
- Personality: Proactive, energetic, results-driven, and socially skilled.
- Sales Drive: Willing to use different methods to connect with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Flexibility: Capable of working dynamic hours and handling complex sales processes.
- Self-Starter: Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Organizational Skills: Adept at coordinating internal and external resources to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Willingness to Learn: Eager to continuously expand knowledge in the oil and gas industry and other sectors.
