St Joseph's Institution International School (SJIIS) Malaysia is a Lasallian International School (3 to 18 years). It prepares students for the IGCSE and A Level examination with an emphasis upon research-based teaching pedagogy and a character-building programme of activities inspired by the school's Lasallian heritage. SJIIS is seeking an outstanding and inspirational English teacher whose passion and experience will transform the outcomes of our students. The successful candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to join the staff of this ambitious international school.

Experience of teaching English Language and/or English Literature at IGCSE and A Level will be an advantage.

A Successful Candidate Will:
  1. Teach pupils assigned to your class within the school and carry out duties as required by the Head of Department
  2. Promote the Lasallian Mission and Core Values of SJIIS
  3. Ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reports meet the expectations of the school
  4. Actively contribute to wider school development and growth
  5. Demonstrate thorough curriculum knowledge
  6. Demonstrate a proactive approach towards professional development
