We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to support our Director in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business functions, and managing key administrative and financial tasks. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Director in daily operations, including licensing, regulatory compliance, and government liaison.
  2. Track and manage existing applications, permits, and documentation to ensure timely approvals.
  3. Coordinate and schedule meetings with government bodies, investors, and partners.
  4. Oversee financial tracking, budgeting, and expense management.
  5. Travel frequently between Kuala Lumpur and Johor to monitor operations and resolve on-ground issues.
  6. Implement and improve operational processes for efficiency and compliance.
  7. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
  3. Strong financial acumen – ability to manage budgets, expenses, and basic financial reporting.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  5. Experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, and government relations.
  6. Ability to travel frequently between KL and Johor as required.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and operational management tools.
  8. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a bonus).
