We are seeking an accomplished Account Director to spearhead our engagement with a high-profile client. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years in account management or performance marketing, demonstrating exceptional leadership in managing client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with the key client, and ensuring a deep understanding of their goals.
  • Strategic Oversight: Develop, present, and execute strategies that align with the client's business objectives and drive performance excellence.
  • Team Management: Lead a dedicated team of account managers and specialists to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, delivering actionable insights to optimize ROI and improve outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, integrated marketing solutions.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to the client.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in account management or performance marketing, preferably within a global media agency setting.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams while building long-term client trust.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation abilities to guide strategy and decision-making.
  • Client-Centric: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of managing complex client relationships.
  • Business Acumen: A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing growth opportunities for the client and agency alike.
