Responsibilities- Oversee office supplies and office administration
- Upkeep and update company and employees' licenses and permits
- Review, update and maintain proper filing of company documents
- Prepare new employee onboarding items
- Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers joining formalities
- Organize or support corporate events (in-house activities, dinners, corporate functions, exhibitions, etc.)
- Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making
- Any other related tasks and duties assigned
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration
- Good written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Basic computer knowledge in Excel/Word
