Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in the logistics land transportation industry, receiving high acknowledgment and compliments from customers on job commitment.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong communication in Mandarin (preferably but not compulsory), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Professional Skills:
- Able to practice duties and responsibilities in accordance with systems and work processes. Be proactive, with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
- Able to work independently under pressure and sustain demanding work environments with a positive mindset. High urgency for meeting task deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Logistics ERP systems.
