We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development and managing key accounts in the B2B sector.

The role involves building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and prospects, and achieve the monthly sales target set by the company
  • Conduct business presentations to clients and propose the most suitable solutions according to customer's needs
  • Involve in sales-related activities such as handling sales enquiries, preparing quotations & proposals, etc.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers and resolve any issues or complaints; ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work with other departments to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
  • Follow up on lab test results and submissions when necessary
  • Timely submission of weekly reports and sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • Hungry, young, vibrant fresh graduates with a dynamic personality and passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Relevant working experience in B2B sales or business development dealing with marketers is an added advantage.
  • Sales-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read & write in Chinese is an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition
  • Experience in advertising/creative/market activation agency in the account servicing/planning/market activation department is an added advantage.
