What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and secure new clients
  2. Identify and reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and close sales
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute engaging content across various channels
  5. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing decisions

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in the consulting / training provider industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  4. Driven and self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  5. Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. Diploma / Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  7. Basic knowledge and experience in Human Resource related field is an advantage.
